Coaching for the Senior Team

It’s lonely at the top of a business and while you may be entirely comfortable with the responsibility of having the buck stop with you, it can also be difficult to find the time to think things through the way you’d like. Having a sounding board can be useful; someone with no agenda of their own; someone outside of your business’s politics. Working with me sets aside time to bounce your ideas off an impartial external party and gives you the freedom to think things through and ’try them on for size’ with minimum risk.

The senior people in your business who form the executive team are vitally important to your business and each of them has a huge amount of personal responsibility.

Expertise in their designated function is clearly important, but so too is the ability to see the business from the point of view of other functions and to tune into and use softer skills. Sometimes too, people need to step up from operational management into a more strategic leadership role and will benefit from support in the transition.

Coaching enables new teams or less experienced managers to focus on improving their communication skills and their teamwork and to work together on actively developing and supporting the culture you want in your business.
